But incredibly difficult and competitive. But it seems like nursing has changed a lot in the last 20 years. I don't think it's a job people want to do much anymore. I still have mine only because I love the shimmers, but I may end up just depotting the shimmers because I think they're just beautiful. I need to be on a no buy because it's a problem 😂 But I think she did a great job with this palette and I'm also excited to see what else she does.

I really love golds for Christmas pictures, so I'll probably use the Huda Beauty Empowered palette, just because I love the gold shimmers in that palette, but if I'm going for a colorful look, honestly, I love really icy tones for winter looks so I'd probably use my Ensley Reign Lands of Enchantment palette. In terms of my favorite for the holidays, I really like this one, the Dede's signature Jingle Bell Ruby palette, and I really love the Frosty the Snowman/Rudolph palettes from Colourpop. Do you. have any favorites?

I think rosy jingle is my least favorite of the 4. They're all great quality palettes, but I'm definitely a darker palette type of person.

By code, do you mean like what I can and cannot wear when it comes to makeup? If so, I work from home 4 days a week and have an office day at least once. If I have to go to an in person visit, I have to look "work appropriate" so I'll do either no makeup or something natural, but when I'm working at home, I'll do things like this. And thank you!

It's honestly a fantastic formula for a chrome lipstick. Not patchy at all.

You know, I actually thought the same exact thing. I also have that palette and need to get my video for it up soon. I think for me, it's the same kinda grungy warm-toned kind of feel to it. They're both beauties. I'm ashamed of myself for not trying either brand sooner. This was a very pleasant introduction to the brand and it was absolutely worth the money for a nice splurge! I know this box definitely is not for everyone, especially the colors, but I absolutely agree with you that the lipsticks are fabulous. I think these honestly have been one of my favorite formulas for lipsticks I've used. I apologize about the late response. I just got back from vacation and am getting caught up.

Hey there, sorry for the late reply. I just got back from vacation and am getting caught up. Thanks for watching! As for the sound, I personally don't have any problems on any of my devices or any of the ones my husband or friends have, so I'm honestly not sure what the problem would be. I turn up the sound during editing too.

So this pertains just to the Icon Box--I paid $60 for the box itself without anything else added. I also pay $15 on top of the $60 for the Beauty Boost product, so $75 total for the box, excluding add ons. For this particular month, I did have quite a few add ons and that totaled to about $80. So, including the add ons, I paid about $155. Everything that was included in the box itself (including the $15 Beauty Boost) was: -Il Makiage Face Palette -Korres Face Mask -LYS Matte Lipstick -Tarte Eyeshadow Palette -TYS Setting Powder -Pat McGratch Eyeshadow Palette -Laura Mercier Eyeliner -Dominique Cosmetics Bronzer -Laura Gellar Palette Everything else was an add on that I got after I paid the base price and beauty boost for the box. I prefer makeup over skincare, so this box was absolutely worth the money that I paid for it, in my opinion. I think this box has been one of their better boxes in terms of selection and products offered!

@ wow! i can't believe you got all of that for just $75!! i was expecting the box to be more mini sizes of stuff than anything, and definitely not as many expensive items as you received, like the palettes. this video was great, and thank you! :)

@ nope! Everything we get in Ipsy Icon Box/boxycharm are always full size! Their standard Glam Bag is their sample size products! I think it’s usually worth the price you pay and I’ve gotten these subscriptions for years!

I absolutely have not noticed any difference in the quality of their shadows! Between the ones that I have with circular pans vs. the ones with squares, exactly the same beautiful quality! I know that with a couple of their palettes, like the So Mermaizing and Return to the Sea, they just made the pan sizes smaller and added a couple different shades to them, but the quality is exactly the same!

I personally love her shadow quality. The mattes are always very pigmented but blend easily and the shimmers are always high pay off with or without primer.

There haven't been any boxes that I've been completely disappointed with. I'm usually always happy with everything we get and I think she has really nice quality products.

It's completely worth the price. This, I think, has been their best palette yet.

The Glamlite palettes are completely worth it too! I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to Nomad, so I had to pick it up, but I love my Glamlite palettes too.
