Respect bro can we spar.
I need to learn too forgive
😂😂😂😂😂
Testosteron 100 % ;)))
I work 12 hour night shifts alone, in a lockdown dementia facility I watched some patients die I watch some patients go crazy I make $40,000 a year and my girlfriend of six years just left me because I only make $40,000 a year I watch people die for a living. I’m pretty sure it’s killing me
Miss you my friend and brother 💜💚💙❤️
It matters it’s a journey Nav 🫡🫶
Thanks for doing this. It’s passed the time where I needed to see this but I know many men out there still need to hear this and have this kind of support in their lives
Well said sir. I always remind people that no child has EVER dreamed of being in addiction, homeless, or selling themselves, as they grew up. No one wants this. Not one person, no matter what they say.
Exactly that. 🙏🏻
@@navphoenix I work with unhoused people and low income etc. and so many ask me, "is it addiction that caused the homelessness, or are all homeless addicts" and I correct them, because homelessness and addiction and mental health issues are ALL symptoms of trauma. The only cause that can be truly to blame is trauma. The rest are symptoms of the trauma. Looking at these situations, and putting blame on addiction, oversimplifies it and makes it seem like people have more control than they do. Cause then you can just say, ok they need to get sober. But that won't help if the trauma behind it isn't addressed.
it is weak lol control yourself
Roids
I think you should go to a him 😅

All jokes aside mate you seem a really nice Guy like a proper decent fella But you making this channel and talking about these subjects there is 1000ds ofd people doing in already honestly that why it's only getting 150.views etc... try and content and do something different so people see.aftuskly intrested in dude
Yes pal you look brilliant! And great to hear the sleeping etc has improved ✊🏻 one day at a time
Bro. I thought Tyson Fury got tatted up from the thumbnail. Good on you for staying sober. Im just over a month myself. We all gonna make it.
I’ve been addicted to coke 15 years ago and swapped it to alcohol and struggling atm, I’m a father and a husband and work a successful job. But I’m struggling to stop. I don’t drink during the day but I have to at night 😞
That's a common story. I am clean 25 days now. Opiates. Suddenly, I started drinking. And it was the hard stuff, at once. That's swapping addictions, with another one. I feel the urge to. But I have to stop that, and are. If I can't? I'll go back to opiates. I really feel, there's nothing more destroying than ALC.
Addition from what though?
Jesus im only on day 4 and the sweats and the come down is horrible
We can only take one day at a time. I'm over 4 years clean and sober though I never get complacent because I know if I do I'll be back to square one without even realising it. The past is the past and we can't do nothing about it only change the future 💯
Thanks for this and working daily on yourself my mantra and at last the penny has dropped - day 24 and using all the tools available. Biggest tool lies within me - so true only you can do it. Every word you spoke resignated with me and I am there with you....past is past and embrace and work on the future. I recommend journaling and audio books - William Porter has kick started me and I intend to listen again and again. I am 64, it is never too late guys , the last chapter of my life will be in sobriety no matter what daily hurdles I face. Good luck - you are strong. xx
Try and not use the nytol every night, get as tired as possible in the day, phenegon, nytol, are useful in recovery, but they are mind altering substances that you will very quickly build a tolerance to. Only love 🙏💙
14 years clean and sober ..but still keep it in the day
Never understand addiction
one day at a time I'm on day 265
WOW grownup man. It’s 2023 and still men are whining
I pray that my ex finds your video. He loves to train in the gym, but struggles with staying sober, missed out a lot of beautiful things in life, simple things like hanging with loved ones. I miss him, and pray he finds the strength to get sober. Keep going, I’m rooting for you!! 🙏🏼🩵
Stay strong buddy. You've got this man..Please find strength from what you have now. Love from Scotland Man. ❤👍🙏💪💪
