I love how they tell ya in orientation about using the steering wheel shaft lock , even when pulling up to line after fueling to take a piss LOL! And how they tout their GPS navigation is so top of the line and no other truck GPS like rand and garmin is to be used. Guess motor carriers road atlas is not to be used either. LOL! All them company GPS is based off rand tech and get their updates via rand tech via 3rd party provider. LOL! love the holiday pay policy too ..work day before , the day of, and day after, holiday in order to get it. LOL! Oh and the 400 lbs over on drives due to APU being heavy , Gee they must order up lots of over weight permits for every load , and have y'all stop at every weigh station. LOL! The service writer from shop comes in and tells ya "having a suicide knob on steering wheel is against DoT laws" - haha! BS! no such REG. in FMSCA book! So much B.S. they spew out in orientation I left at day 2 . I know better than what they be telling ya in that 3 day orientation. Funny that they be confiscators and not return the paper form of your med-card either.(When ever you have a dot phys and drug screen, the office of that facility sends a copy of that to the company) Too bad I'm not naïve and ignorant like they want at this company.

That looks like the same Qualcomm I have seen from W.E. Also, after my experience of going into Brooklyn, NY blind with only the navigation on the Qual, I refuse to drive without a backup navigation. This backup actually shows the roads and buildings. I was only a couple months into driving commercially when they dispatched me on Brooklyn, NY load.

Not that but did have problems with backing into dock and put foot on gas wouldn't go no where and let off pedal and it would all a sudden dam thing would just take off fast in reverse...couple times thought I knocked the dam building down..FR
