I tried this method and it came out perfectly, but after 2/3 days the brim start to straighten back. What should I do to make it permanently curved?

Lol you think your dad's was curving hats like this, it's simple follow the middle lines on the brim and you will get the perfect curve

Or just buy a curved hat… Lids is a joke of a company. Worked there for 10 years. They don’t respect the store employees. They treat people as if everyone and anyone is expendable at all times. They don’t value you, no matter how much blood sweat and tears you put into your work. They don’t give raises. The upper management like DM’s and AM’s and such are just cocky assholes. Will never shop there again and thank god I found a real job at a real company

Does it stay curved or do you repeat the process regularly?

I use a steamer and just use some thick rubber bands to get the perfect curve. Works all the time

If you dont have a steamer just get a pot, put little water into it and let the heat vapor the water it will cause steam and then u can use a cup or whatever u have in house to curve. After steamed Wrap the hat around the cup as demo and then add 2-3 rubber bands, Let the hat sit for 1-2 hours
