@ that makes sense. Do you rub at all? I had a 21’ Z71 Tahoe. I planned on doing 22x12s with 35s on the ZR2. I see everyone running a 4” lift kit (6” total) with that wheel/tire combo.

@Patsox1024 yeah if you are doing 12 wide will prob need a lift forsure. The rub I had was the inner fender liner so did the lower bracket delete. Lightly rubs at full turn still but not bad.

@BYVION1 I got a new relay it was just bad. It was kinda a cheap wiring kit so figured it was weak.

@scottloy89 yeah little pricey but in the end only 200 because sold factory ones for 100 😁

@scottloy89 the screws are in the metal but that's the trick the metal only avail in a couple areas. It's folded over in some. I only put 4 total screws in ea. if that helps haven't had any issues and I went thru car washes every other day haha

@AnhDo-o3h the 3.0 by far if dont mind having a diesel 👍. It just has more power. Test drive both and you will see 😁

@keynanwilliams7783 Hey thanks for watching and the stock tires don't tear up really they still have a really close tread pattern and that is my issue haha. I like to mow sideways on my hill and it slides down in a couple spots so that's why I need even more aggressive. The 61 will be perfect for most areas I just have 2 acres I mow at house with some dips and valleys and 54 is better but then I mow 2 more acres of field and that's where the 61 would still be nice!

@@banshee2see Yes sir, I’m actually going into the landscaping business and I have decided to use only stand on commercial mowers and I’m trying to find out as much as I can about all the different brands. It’s a bit overwhelming with all that I have to try to look up. I definitely want all of our trucks to be uniformed so I will only be purchasing one brand of mower. It helps to get feedback from good folks such as yourself because most of the reviews I have been finding on TH-cam are sponsored by manufacturers of the mower and those can’t truly be trusted. Thank you again so much for all you do.

If you want to cut turf make sure you have a mechanical background. Field repairs sometimes need to be done. Generic question: how many of the owners can actually name the variety of turf they are cutting? Don't mean to be abrasive but this is not a business that is easy to maintain. I can say this as I have been in this industry & owner for 42 years. Wish all the best this is a very tough business

@romanrunner-kb6be Hey thanks for the comment I did look at those and I did like how the engine lowered but there was a few things I didn't like but it's been a year or so and can't remember haha. Maybe it was shorter when standing on it but something didn't feel right. 🤷‍♂️

I tried a few diff LEDs on my Sierra and had bad luck with all the Amazon ones leaking. These are trailer side marker lights. I'm going to do a video soon maybe this weekend had a few people asking about them but the mounting was a pain do to with the Grille Shutters this one has.

Hi thx I need to make a video it was an ordeal. My gmc had some too and used Amazon ones but they leaked and broke once a week. These are actually trailer marker led lights but I had to custom make brackets because of the auto vents in grille. They are 10x more durable!

@javalex561 Hi they are 20x10 no rub but some plastic trimmed.

You can't use the zr2 fender flares cause they are push in tabs, and the fender has holes which they go into. These are really close to it without the push in method

@hildysworld i think it had 3 to 4 spots you take bolts out. Think fender and all comes off.

Hi I just hot wired it in to the fuse box under hood. And it's a gas but that shouldn't matter.

Yeah nothing needed to unhook shift knob if that's what you mean other then breaking the pinch clip loose? Knob slides right out after clip broke apart.

Hi thanks for the comment! Going to post another video soon. Ive lowered it also since video and was told 275 was best. Once these tires wear out definitely doing 285 or even 295 because it's not even remotely close to rubbing. No difference in ride really since same size tires it had on it with stock wheels. Lowering did change ride a hair but not bad really only notice on bumps at highway speeds.

The molding. Didn't want to screw into the body and worry about rust. Skirts holding up awesome so probably will buy some name brand ones next just wanted to make sure I didn't break or scrape these first.

@@banshee2see what kind of drill are you using? My screws just do not want to go through.

@babysnare420 It's just plastic any drill should work if your screwing into the black molding along sideskirt basically. If trying to screw into actual body of car you would need small self taping screws of don't have that plastic trim to screw into.

@@banshee2see I have a honda accord 2015 that I just bought the same exact universal side skirts for. for the past 2 days i’ve been trying to drill them in to the underbody of the the side skirts the car already has, but they just dont budge, the screws wont tap. i’ve tried using other screws, nothing. I thought it was the drill so I bought a 20v, nothing. I thought it was the angle of the drill so I lifted the car and nothing. I thought it was the force I was using to push into the screws, nothing. These screws just wont tap into the damned body. Any tips? If your car didnt have the plastic what would you have done? Are there any stronger self-tapping screws?

@babysnare420 Hi you will need to use self taping screws....your probably trying to drill thru the metal rocker panel which is thick and sometimes has rock guard which makes it even thicker. Self tapers will work but you could also pre drill with a hair smaller drill bit and use the standard screws that come with it.

​@@banshee2seei couldn't seem to get the leather cover off the old shifter, those plastic pieces seem to be stuck and won't pry off even from underneath. Any tips?

@farmansehgal5108 Hi yes that was probably the 2nd hardest part of install. The white plastic on the knob is what you have to get pinched enough to slide out. If you don't care about stock shifter could just break those white tabs off. I just kept squeezing them with pliers to make them a little more flexible to pinch together.

@farmansehgal5108 I started prying with a little pressure the black plastic with a screw driver as I was pinching white plastic and it finally gave.

Yeah it has been other then if sit too long battery is week but still starts ok with kick starter 👍

I'm not sure if you could use a long thin screwdriver or not. I was thinking maybe carve something close out of plastic that looks like that plunger not sure if VW has a trick?

The aftermarket side fairings are just an ebay kit. They don't really have a brand name just search side fairing or belly pan and some should come up like them.
