One day trip in Air Ganda, Gerik, Perak on 3 November 2018. This trip is using Kuying Conqueror 12-20lb and 14-30lb. In Malaysia many casters using 16lb for tomman (Giant Snakehead) but why we using so heavy poundage this trip? Because it is natural dam, full of uncertainties and many fallen trees under water. The power of giant snakehead is sufficient to grab your lovely lure back to his sweet...

Today, Alex gonna test the power of tomman in Semenyih with his new Kuying Conqueror 12-20lb rod. He has never land the tomman here. He just trying his luck without knowing the environment and habits of the fish here... Let's see how he did.....

Had a good experience on the Hampala (Jungle Perch) and Tor Douronensis (called Pelian Fish by local). 12gram Spoon, 7cm and below minnow is suitable to target this kind of fish using light tackle setup. The fish likes to hide behind the rocks of rapid so that they can easily attack the bait fish. Cast your lure to those places, and they will surprise you... :)
