Its awesome that you're sharing this information. I bought my first house at 21 because I was already making credit and money with credit by 18 ! I'm now 31, I have two kids and I consider myself retired... after working 10 years in banking and teaching people this way of life, I now turned my 10 acre homestead into a glampsite so that I can spend more time with my family ❤ all possible with credit!

When you apply for a loan and they see you hav e 29 credit cards its gonna hurt you
Negative it’s all about utilization you can have a lot of cards you can’t jus apply for more then 2-3 a year or else it looks bad with inquiries, but if you open up 29 credit cards over the years as long as you don’t have a high utilization rate getting a loan will have no effect on how many cards do you have

It’s simple, good credit? $100k in bank? No problem getting a business loan from same bank. $5k in bank. Asking for $100k? Good luck Better off with real estate.
😂went to the sba with a business plan last year in May, credit score was 715. They tidy up my business plan a little bit. I asked for 50k along with my business partner to buy a food trailer which is 46,100. They after two months of waiting for underwriters they denied us😂😂😂😂

Getting a business loan or credit is VERY difficult and your personal history is also taken into account. If not perfect clean credit, you can forget everything bro just said in this video

Good luck getting a business line of credit with no actual business, solid business plan, and slightly less than perfect personal credit.
Your right! Of course there’s more than what’s said in the clip that needs to be taken account but that’s what my business is for! To help you get all that in order.

That why I have business to help entrepreneurs to do everything required! A 60 sec short isn’t going to get everything across because of how much is needed but it’s enough for me to gain trust in people that I can help them.
Is it impossible or just difficult?
Same thing with a HELOC, or second mortgage, or secured loans… they are all forms of “liquid cash” wired to you. As long as you have something to secure them. No need for a business for them.
