We moved to Farragut in '94 and I was blessed to meet the man every week at a local bagel shop. He hated the attention, he was a humble man. Got a signed head shot of him in '99. Gave it to my father for his birthday. Man, the nostalgia runs deep with the best announcer ever.

And how can you forget that wild and wacky 2OT game between WVU and Wake Forest? More like a final score of a NBA game. And unfortunately during this year when WVU defeated Creighton then Wake Forest, the 2nd team, a couple of games were lower than the final score of a game that took 2OT!
