I can't understand a word you say. Please adjust the mic settings and add more commentary(talk to your audience). Some things can be cut out.... Mainly the silent bits where you work on the same thing. Factorio is not a good game for vod type formats. Covering projects that are a whole is quite good.

How to cancle these delete crosses?
Holding shift whilst selecting with the deconstruction planner will cancel deconstruction. (This also works for cancelling upgrades with the upgrade planner)
Do trains run faster on refined concrete and other kind of built-tiles? Or it's all for the estetics?

1:06 FWIW, if you move the splitter up 1 cell so your inserters sideload it, they will feed both sides of the splitter at once, *DRASTICALLY* increasing throughput. (Just two stack inserters can _almost_ fill a blue belt.) One just above the spliiter, feeding it directly--with a 1-1 lane balancer following it--will allow full compaction while a cargo wagon is there, with the resulting UPS relief. (I just tested it, and, if you have another set of inserters feeding a second set of chests from the first--with the chest limited to a single stack--and inserters feeding a _second_ splitter in line with the first, you can get almost 1.5 blue belts of throughput with just two stack inserters offloading the cargo wagon. Impressive!)

Your trains are getting stuck because the unloading stations are not balanced properly. Balancers make it so that they unload evenly.

They are there for getting a prisice measurement of the science and currently I have 2 belts production of all sciences
