"together" abstractly explores connections of a couple and their dog as they take an early morning walk on the beach. It is driven by a bucket drummer who stands a top of a sand berm and beats a complex rhythm as a Deus Ex Machina of the subtle dramas near by.

This is a collaboration with Sarah, my wife. Her footage and my construction with her help and input. Sarah takes early morning Venice beach walks regularly. The beach has become a pallet for her. The footage is edited and woven to translate some of the magic that Sarah experiences.
