Did you ever find out what was wrong? It almost looks like an allergic reaction. I had a similar thing happen when I put my turtle in a habitat with the coconut fiber bedding--swollen eyes, struggling for breath. When I removed him he got better within a day.

My turtle keeps getting her bottom jaw stuck on her shell i have already taken them into get trimmed but it still keeps happening. What do i do!? 😢 I have to poke her in the face to force her to close, but i hate doing this to her.

How old were the turtles in this video ? I I found a hatchling and even part of its shell (however that part could have been old trash) I’ve been caring for him for a month now and he’s grown so much compared to the. I’m wondering his age based off this video

Crickets falling from the sky, this is literally a turtle’s dream come true! Im very surprised to see how many crickets can a little turt eat! By the way, when they latch on, tickling their tail usually makes them loosen the grip.

Yes I love 🐢 I have never put crickets in a tub like that. I will have to do that. I have 5 adults & 2 babies.

I have box turts I have fed for years outside n inside babies. I ❤ mine. I lost my 50+ yr old recently n still cry. He would nudge my foot n climb up to be picked up n talked too. I miss him soooo.

Where did you get the hideout from I’ve been looking for a hideout large enough for my turtle, but can’t seem to find one

I was told my little miss is very old. She is very picky and will only eat live food and cantaloupe or strawberries. She won't eat anything else, and if I add vitamins to it, she knows and will walk sway. She walks over vegetables and flowers. It's live meat or her favorite fruit and that is it.

I have 2 females & 3 male bow turtles. I have them separated, one pair that get along fine. I have two babies from last year, one is twice the size & eats everything. The other will only eat worms & blueberries.

My Henry does the same thing...he even crawls in my lap and cuddles with my shirt.
