Guys and whisky lovers, did you get the KILLOWEN'S FIRST 5 YEAR OLD BARÁNTÚIL THE PALO CORTADO CASK today? As far as Waterford whisky goes, that makes me sad as a big fan. I don't think the secondary market is to blame, there was a whisky hype, back then everything was bought at crazy prices. That has now been sorted out. All whisky brands are affected by the price drop. Unfortunately there are vultures who speculate that distilleries will close. Whisky from closed distilleries sells better. If you buy Waterford whisky at the current price, you have a good chance of making a profit in a few years. Nerd whisky/ beautiful design/ small editions/ this is true for some bottlings of Waterford whisky Stefan

The 43% Gold label is good. Iagree with you the 40% is better.

I really love the tuath glass I have a tullamore dew rouge 13 year old and a jamson black barrel proof at home they would go will with the tuath glass

Interesting info on Roe and Co’s Solera release, will look out for that. Still have a problem when an Irish producer starts celebrating because they’re using their own spirit. And worse when they talk about a 14yo when their distillery started in 2019. Will welcome the day when all that stops.

I have a glass of this as we speak, from a bottle bought for me by a famous Irish Man, Anthony Carlin. Smoother than velvet, hints of honey. When I die, I want them to put a bottle of "Bush" in my coffin. Even the cheapest Bushmills is so drinkable. Easy to simply sip your way through a whole bottle in an afternoon.

I love the flavor of dubiner Irish Whiskey but it is hard to get it in Florida, USA.

Climate Friendly Eco Friendly Barrels

got this as a free sample with an order of 4 other samples. due to the other 4 being so good (Benromach Cask Strength, Arran 10 Year Old, Benromach Contrasts Organic, Arran The Bothy Quarter Cask) I ended up rating this a 2/10. the flavour just was not for me, the floral smoke tones seemed like this would be a perfect gift for the ladies.

Watching replay. On a plane back from Algarve last night. 4 days of heaven!

Dingle is an amazing whiskey, i have all 5 of the wheel of the year so far and love all of them. Bealtaine and Gheimhridh are amazing i have 2 bottles of each, but they are all good, for such a small distellery Dingle are unreal. even the standard single malt is lovely
