But they give African Americans time every year to talk about the past horrible things white people put them through like going to the back of the bus, drinking different water fountains, being lynched, having to go to different school. They don't tell them to segregate in their own group internally to talk about civil rights or not to post it on LinkedIn or that its a controversial subject despite it being a controversial subject in which Bernie Sanders was thrown in jail several times for standing up for black people then. Jewish Americans we leaned they went through Genocide over seas in the foreign country of Germany. Propaganda repeated about them constantly that they no longer saw the Jews of their own country as German anymore. It didn't happen over night but so much repeated propaganda depicted the Jews of Germany as the problem of Germany and they united Germans for a common goal against the Jews of Germany. I did put it on TH-cam Samuel Nadim Humana and I showed the document they sent me after receiving the EEOC charge giving them 20 days if want to mediate, they instead fire me exactly 20 days later for "workforce reduction elegible to be rehired". And sent me a letter to sign to forfeit all applicable federal state and local law claims including Title 7 of the civil rights act of 1964, US Constitution, WARN act, and a bunch of laws. I got called by them last week she asked me why I still haven't signed it I told her I had to take an oath to defend the US constitution for all our rights and equal freedoms including at the workplace do not ask me to give up my rights for monetary pay. I couldn't be a citizen if I didn't take that oath for all our equal freedoms. I told her to read out loud page 3 release of claims section where it lists dropping claims or violations or reporting to federal state or local on us constitution and civil rights act and warn act. She said well no severance pay to in a tone like I'm losing something. The genocide wasn't politics. African Americans lynched or told to go to the back of the bus and segregated wasn't politics. Update 02/01/2024 I submitted the following to US Department of Justice on the report a violation on their officiail government page: Humana on 12/20/2023 sent me a voluntary release and separation agreement stating that IF I sign this agreement, asking me behind closed doors to sign that agreement to not report violations of Several laws, including constituional law, Title 7 of Civil Rights Act of 1964, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Equal Pay Act, Fabor Labor standards act, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notifiation Act, Family Medical and Leave Act, National Labor Relations Act, and not persue any federal, state, or local statute on all these laws, but worst of all constituional law as I had to take an oath to defend that to beceome a US citizen above all laws. They said if I sign this they would give me 12 weeks of monetary pay and that I need to sign and mail to Tiffany Bey, Humana Inc. I of course did not and I updated the Miami Dade Commission of Human Rights Investigator and told Humana not in email to NOT forge my signature again as they did in my suspension memo already part of my EEOC charge. The Miami Dade Commission of Human Rights presetned the charge to EEOC and crated that EEOC charge 15C-2024-00021.
