What is the price of this product

Useless Product.. Zero Change... Waste of Money... I installed it two months ago. Still no clarity. they changed the media case also. When i talk to their owner, very harsh and rude behavior. About Mr. Derik, he is least bothered to answer calls rather than Marketing. Their Service personal comes, just do backwash and goes.. No hearty support from their side.. I have complained to them through whats app, as they don't pick the calls. Mr. Derik has put his mobile in such a mode that it will not show that when he is online and offline.. Why? Just to avoid Customer Problems. Mr. Ezil (Owner of the Group) a very rude guy who thinks that customers money is just to play. I have spent approx 17000 for the product and still using RO water because of the color. Every week I am spending a minimum of 200 Rs for RO Water. Then for what purpose did i waste 17000 Rs. If he is not able to give a proper solution with his product, he should not have accepted for installation. He promised that it will be OK in 2 to 3 days.. but even after 2 months, the product is not working. Moreover one of the Service Engineer came to my flats and switched on the Motor for taking water sample and left it like wise and this created a tension in our flats as there was a huge water overflow. I am following them for a solution since May 15th 2020 and the date i am writing this review is on 22nd June 2020. Mr. Ezil & Mr. Derik, It would be better for you to remove the things from my house and refund my amount. As soon as shared this Post to Mr. Derik, he blocked my contact too.. I can share the whats app chat also if needed in this social media.. That is the best you can do..
