Picked up a blade 150 utv. Also known as rzr170 clone. Has a special gy6 shortcase engine. That is seized or locked up. So we tear it apart and attempt to get it running again.

Picked up a Yerfdog scout CUV to use at the property. It's needs some tlc and checkup but is already shining up nice and captain duce test drove it

We took the freshly painted and remodel new to us camper name Runaway 2.0 down to our property. We just recently had trailer demoed to clear the area for a nice camping site. And take a bit to enjoy the lake

Did you replace the windshield that blew off? I would start there 😂. You have a lot of interesting projects going on.
@BearandMimi that was the windshield for Bumble and I need warmer temps for that. This guy will need a windshield too hopefully a sturdier one this time lol.

Do the polycarbonate roof panels get hot? I had a metal roof gazebo, and it was like being in a sauna
i havent had any issues so far. ill have to reach up and touch the ceiling in the spring/ summer and see how hot they are for ya. ill try check back in few months with roof temps for ya it winter time currently

Opossums are one of the best animals to have on your property. Fantastic! The owl sure enjoys visiting there. You three are doing a bang up job. Where do you get the energy. Take care

just got back from a 600 mile round trip. even got the truck stuck in the mud. rear pinion is still leak free so far.

@@eatinMcdonaldsfryz auto 4wd pro4x model with the elocker. i watched a few other videos on different methods to get the preload of the nut correct on reinstallation. id suggest searching for couple of them to see what methods will work for you and the tools you have that the one important thing u dont wanna mess up i was told..
@@RunawayVan66 I planned on measuring the depth of the nut with a caliper before hand, what method did you use?

Why does everyone fall for that, 55k miles on a vehicle with only a 4 digit odometer.Do a vin check then hold your jaw from opening.
@BC5391 it aligns with a campervan that only used a few times a yr. This wasn't a commuter vehicle so no reason it would have tons of miles. We also have all the owner manuals service records and owner manuals for all the camper equipment too.
No more shed! :D
You got to watch out for Ducey, she’s a maniac. Great job on the shed. Our house backs up to woods which are government protected and we have deer all over our neighborhood. Nature is awesome to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch. Especially with your pup. Enjoy your property.

@ScottL-i7p correct there is no floor provided. Instructions state it can be placed on wooden deck or porch and how to secure it.

@davehope9144 worst we got so far was 9 mpg. best we got was 14mpg. Average is about 12 mpg

We randomly watched your video this evening and it just so happens that we have a contract on the first property that you looked at in this video. We are scheduled to close on it next week.
@JoeWinner congratulations on the property. We walked quite a bit of that one. Keep us posted on your progress of fixing it up.
