Just really good music from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, and maybe even a few songs from the 1960s and early 2000s. This is the music that made me feel good when I listened to the radio mostly during those three decades, and hopefully those who listen to these songs will feel the same way.
I have a preference for single and edited remix versions, so most of the videos I upload will be those radio-friendly versions.

John Williams - The River
Movie Theme Special, part 4 of 4
The score for the 1984 film "The River" was written by acclaimed composer and conductor John Williams, and despite the movie underperforming at the box-office, he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Score, with the movie garnering a total of 4 Oscar nominations. I think this is one of his underrated works--I really liked the score a lot, which is filled with some lovely orchestral arrangements that featured flutes, trumpets, and guitars.

Michael Gore - Terms of Endearment (End Credits)
มุมมอง 61วันที่ผ่านมา
Movie Theme Special, part 3 of 4 Composer and pianist Michael Gore wrote the score for the 1983 film, "Terms of Endearment", and a pop version of the main theme was released as a single that went to #84 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart and at #5 on the Adult Contemporary chart in 1984. I preferred the movie version of the wistful and bittersweet theme heard throughout the film like in the ending cr...
David Byrne - The Last Emperor (Main Title Theme)
มุมมอง 63วันที่ผ่านมา
Movie Theme Special, part 2 of 4 Scottish-American singer-songwriter, musician, producer, visual artist, and Talking Heads founding member David Byrne composed five pieces for the score of the 1987 film, "The Last Emperor," which included this awesome track that played during the movie's opening credits. Japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto and Chinese composer Cong Su also contributed music for ...
James Horner - Theme from Cocoon
มุมมอง 44วันที่ผ่านมา
Movie Theme Special, part 1 of 4 This week it's all about movie themes, with some more themes that I've liked through the years. First up is the theme from the 1985 film, "Cocoon", which was about a group of elderly people being involved with extra-terrestrial aliens who have returned to pick up some of their people that were left behind. The movie score was composed and conducted by James Horn...
DJ Jurgen presents Alice Deejay - Better Off Alone
มุมมอง 6921 วันที่ผ่านมา
This was one of my favorite songs of 1999, and it's by Dutch DJ, remixer and producer Jürgen Rijkers, also known as DJ Jurgen, and the Eurodance music project called Alice Deejay that was created in collaboration with Wessel van Diepen, Dennis van den Driesschen, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg. Originally recorded as an instrumental in 1997, additional vocals by Judith Pronk were then incl...
M|A|R|R|S - Pump Up The Volume (U.S. Radio Edit)
มุมมอง 75หลายเดือนก่อน
A collaboration between two British acts, Colourbox and A.R. Kane, this awesome track blew me away the first time I heard it and consequently became one of my favorite songs of 1987. "Pump Up The Volume" became a ground-breaking hit that brought extensive music sampling and further development of British house music into the mainstream, going to #1 on the UK Pop chart and in countries like Cana...
Andy Gibb - One More Look At The Night
มุมมอง 120หลายเดือนก่อน
This track was the B-side of Andy Gibb's single, "(Our Love) Don't Throw It All Away" that went to #9 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart in 1978. Unlike most of Andy's hit singles which were written or co-written by his brothers from the Bee Gees, this one was entirely written by Andy himself, and had really nice arrangements plus background vocals contributed by Barry Gibb. This song was actually on...
Deborah Harry - Sweet and Low (Single Remix)
มุมมอง 85หลายเดือนก่อน
Singer-songwriter and lead singer of the group Blondie, Debbie Harry, took this solo effort to #57 on the UK Pop chart in 1990. In the USA, the single didn't chart on the Hot 100, but became a Top 20 hit on the Dance charts, peaking at #17. The single has been remixed by English producers and remixers Phil Harding and Ian Curnow, and I liked this version more than the original album mix. This i...
Man 2 Man Meet Man Parrish - Male Stripper
มุมมอง 63หลายเดือนก่อน
The Hi-NRG band from New York City called Man 2 Man teamed up with cult electro producer Man Parrish and the result was this hit single that went to #4 on the UK Pop chart in 1987. "Male Stripper" actually charted twice; the first time it was released, it peaked at #64. The single re-entered the chart, this time becoming a Top 5 hit and reaching its highest position at #4. The single also went ...
Kenny Thomas - Stay
มุมมอง 85หลายเดือนก่อน
This was one of my favorite songs of 1993, and it's by English soul singer Kenny Thomas, who took it to #22 on the UK Pop chart. "Stay" is a remake of a song originally recorded in 1986 by the American R&B group called The Controllers; Kenny's superb vocals on this version go well with some nice arrangements, and I particularly like the percussion that you can hear at the start of each verse. T...
Noel Pointer - Superwoman (Where Were You When I Needed You)
มุมมอง 96หลายเดือนก่อน
Jazz violinist and producer Noel Pointer's remake of a 1972 hit single by Stevie Wonder was the track that made me buy his album, and it's remained one of my favorite jazz instrumentals through the years. "Superwoman" was not released as a single, making it one of those tracks that I thought deserved its own single release. The arrangements used here are just outstanding, with Noel's electric v...
Lighthouse Family - Lifted
มุมมอง 93หลายเดือนก่อน
This was one of my favorite songs of 1996, and it's by the British duo composed of singer Tunde Baiyewu and songwriter-musician Paul Tucker. "Lifted" was originally released in May 1995 and went to #65 on the UK pop chart, but a year later it was re-released and this time it became a huge hit, going to #4. Love the arrangements used here, and that gospel choir heard towards the end was awesome....
Crystal Gayle - The Blue Side
มุมมอง 75หลายเดือนก่อน
Country music artist Crystal Gayle took this song to #8 on the Country Music chart in 1980, and to #16 on the Adult Contemporary chart. "The Blue Side" also crossed over to the Pop chart, peaking at #81 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. I really liked this song when it came out, as the piano style echoed her 1977 hit, "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue" and I was disappointed by its chart placing, m...

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Discovered this song because of Scream Queens season 2. As soon as the song started I immediately loved it! I love the 80s so much I wish I had lived thru it
Love James Garner, this show and the theme.
Erotica into this version would have flowed magically on the record. Just sayin'.
I love you Herb Alpert...❤
Definitely the best version of this song, hands down!
John davis ( love magic & ain’t that enough for you amazing songs 🎉!
Du tonnerre tous ces tubes de 1979 🎊 !!
The best Mix Ever. I still love it soooo much.
P.S. I like the little trill of the flute towards the end. Nice touch.
Just discovered this! Great version. I hope Bobby Caldwell liked Go West’s interpretation. ❤️
How many Democrats absolutely love this song!!!
Tim Walz dancing to this song. Ruined it.
Ever heard of, “Good Timing” by Jimmy Jones and, “BLT” by Lee Oskar?
Ever heard of, “The Real End” by Rickie Lee Jones? And, “Just A Dream” by Nena? And finally, “Heldon Von Heute (AKA: “Today’s Heroes”) by Falco? That was the b side to his, “Der Kommissar” single.
"The Real End" was ok --it had a good sound and rhythm but seemed to go on and on and on...I only know one song from Nena, and it's "99 Luftballons", which I got real tired of and it's one of those songs that I never want to hear again. I don't know Falco's other songs.
Is kyrie Greek or Latin?
i have this dvd boxset

Ever heard of, “Theme From My Three Sons” by Lawrence Welk and, “We Are the Young” by Dan Hartman?
The "My Three Sons" theme is a classic--Lawrence Welk's version isn't as good as the TV version though; there was another version of the theme by Bob Moore, and I liked that version better. I didn't like Dan Hartman's song, it wasn't one of his best for me.
Muy linda canción me encanta
Jerry my love....😘🥰😍
Ever heard of, “Little Devil” by Neil Sedaka? And, “Bobby” by Neil Scott? (Neil Scott is actually Neil Bogart, future founder of Casablanca Records)
Both good songs -- I didn't know "Little Devil" was sung by Neil Sedaka until many years later; and the intro of "Bobby" seems similar to Frankie Avalon's "Venus"
Is this the purple vinyl 45?
This version is better than the album version.
This version should've been on the album.
is Kyrie Irving named after this song?
Had this on Vinyl.
Had this on a Ktel record
She was in the Miss America Pageant 1968 I think.
Love it.
for a song i firstly heard from them the beat is pure chillish
Sung less and less in today's dating climate.
April 1979 time machine flashback memories
Eu amo ❤ essa musica
This music spans a lifetime class
I used to think it was a woman singing but it's actually Geddy Lee of Rush
I wish it was on itunes and spotify
Yeah, great tune!! Always looked forward to this video on MTV. Was a little obscure, not always played. Was a real treat when it would come on.
Is it possible to get a higher quality version of this?
Love love love. It's my favorite Amy song from HIM.
The summer of 1986 was glorious.
I always thought the lyric “give a little time for the child within you.” Meant that you should embrace your youth while you still have it. Now I know that it really means you need to make time in your stressful adult life to be young and free.
Ever heard of, “Power Windows” by Billy Falcon? Also, ever heard of the “new-ish” pop star Chappell Roan at all? People have compared her to 80’s New Wave artists like Toni Basil, Berlin, and Missing Persons
Never heard of "Power Windows". As for Chappell Roan, I think she's a lot better than either Toni Basil, Berlin or Missing Persons, LOL--songs I like from her include "Hot To Go!" and "Good Luck, Babe!"
Stupenda fantastica ❤❤
"Let's be careful out there!" Sgt. Phil Esterhaus
Nice one! Ever heard of, “Sacred” by The Castells and, “Stick Shift” by The Duals? And, “Mystery” by The Manhattan Transfer?
All good songs--The Castells were known for their nice harmonies and that early 60s sound, "Stick Shift" was a great surfing instrumental even though it had car sounds, heh. "Mystery" was okay; the chorus sounds a bit like "Hey There Lonely Girl" though ... Anita Baker also did a version of this.
The same guys who wrote "I Like Dreamin'" and "My Eyes Adored You..."
