To me, Allstate In Canada is a scam and joke. I bought a Washing machine and dryer form a hardware store. Could only get the 5 year insurance from Allstate through the store and no other insurer. Their service has let me down for several months. I had to fight them for 3 months, because someone from Allstate put the wrong name on the coverage. While fighting with Allstate to get the name changed so I could get coverage, I ended up buying a different washing machine, and BOUGHT NO COUVERAGE when I found out it could only be done through the joke of a company Allstate. They ended up cancelling the original coverage I had bought, and basically toll me in loose terms "Here's you damned money back". Now I'm stuck with 2 washing machines. 1 broken, because Allstate will no longer provide me any coverage what so ever.

They are liars I signed up and completed my direct deposit through my payroll system (public university) as ACH and then they refused to deposit the bonus First they said the offer is discounted and when i got them screenshots from their official website they stated saying the ACH should state it is a payroll (since when). Ive never had this with any other bank. Spoke with customer support 3 times but never got a clear explanation and asked to speak with a supervisor twice and every time they just leave me on e line.

Kind of a weird seemingly paid promotion I am very skeptical of this bank. I cannot find much information on their health or quality before I park my money in there. They definitely do not have great technology as you say. Their website is very rudimentary and actually very basic, it seems like they do have decent customer service compared to some others but I am still skeptical I think the current high yield rate is something like 5.26% or something

I have had problems being able to contact Mr. Cooper by telephone regarding my account. The phone answering system loops around and you never actually get to talk to a real person about your account. So far it seems to me like a scam they are running. Today is June 6, 2024.

Wake up people they want young dogs and not so much old dogs. I know because the policy went up to over $270.00 a month on a 9 year Jack Russell Terrier that was insured from a young dog. I call this greed and they lie too. Told by a sales agent that the policy only go up a few dollars a year and not true . All so class action law suits and millions in fines for groupi cost on dogs age and not heath records. In my case being on disability i was forced to do their dirty work and drop the policy because i can't afford the policy., so much for a few bucks a year more. My money went to pay out claims, while my Jack stayed healthy and is healthy at 13 1/2 years old now . Why people is their a Insurance Board in every State ? To be a watch dog over human and pet policy protection and states do not do a good job at it too.. Insurance Co. must get approval of each States Board like in my case to make the policy so " OUT OF REACH" that you drop it .
