I completely agree. In fact, it would make more sense if they were swatched starting from No.1 in an ascending order and timestamped in the description. I like the video overall, but it was a bit chaotic sadly :(

Can I just start by saying that I love that you're sharing your boxy, makeup & skincare journey with me. I love talking about beauty products and I can gab about it all day! I always love watching boxycharm unboxings which is one of the many reasons I started my channel this year. I'm sad to hear that you don't like neutrals though. I feel like the base box gets more colorful eyeshadow palettes. At least for the last several months. I'm a little tempted to sub to the base box because it seems like they always tend to get the violet voss palettes but I haven't because I really don't want to pay for repeat items so I can understand your frustration. It doesn't make sense as to why they would send you repeat items before the box even ships. What items did you get as a repeat? Are you on any groups where you can trade your item(s)? I wish that they took suggestions as I would also love to see a waterproof box! Since you have normal to dry skin, what are some of your go to skincare items? My skin tends to get sooo dry during the winter months. I've really been loving facial oils. Have you tried any of those?

@@anniekoyo823 Oh you are the best thank you so much ♡ I do not get nearly enough adult interaction so this is how I get that I'm a single mom of 3 kids and I live in Florida where I have no family or friends so the Beauty community is huge for me.. I love talking about beauty products. I just have so many opinions. Lots of good recommendations also. I had considered starting a channel a long time ago but I'm honestly have such bad anxiety especially on vudeo. I prefer to watch it and comment along, makes my day. I don't tend to care for huge channels unless I grow along with them. I only follow a few people, maybe a dozen. I feel like I need to be able to connect with them. I received the ND Cupid palette as a repeat this month. The ND Blush /highlight duo as a repeat last month.. So I mean at least they were not filler items that I received a repeat of. I actually love the blush so much I use it everyday. I wish I could fall in love with neutrals but I only like cool toned neutrals if they sent whites and grays I would love it. I used to be part of so many groups. I did well over a 100 trades but it got kind of addicting because there were so many things that I wanted so I was shipping out loads of things and I just had to cut that off.. it was causing too much stress and too time consuming to the level I was doing it. I always edit my comment as I go along because I can't read all of whats said. I also comment along as I'm watching the video. The best toner Ive ever used for dry skin is Glow Oasis Milk Toner. I would recommend that over and over. It's so refreshing, I love toner. For serum I love Sunday Riley good genes, Farmacy Honeymoon Glow, Farmacy Filling good (#1). Oils: StriVectin Super B & Farmacy Honey Grail.. I know that oil is a must for me but almost anytime I use an oil it makes my face pil badly. For Moisturizer I love Sunday Riley CEO but it is extremely thick so I really like it as like a nighttime mask almost (not to be used with Retinol). I love Elemis Marine Cream (not too heavy and smells SO good) I love Kate Summerville wrinkle Warrior it's not in the pink tub it's in the silver and pink pump bottle its a moisturizer + serum. LOVE Skin & co Dream Cream for night (fell in love recently), Farmacy Honey Potion. I guess I apparently really love the honey line from Farmacy..I didn't realize that I had so many go to Honey products.. I loveee the scent. Oh I love the Farmacy Clean Bee Cleanser also which smells like it also. I realized recently that I Face masks are what I notice the most difference with out of anything. I love having wash off masks because I apply them before I get in the shower and it works lovely. I absolutely love gel sheetmasks Starskin & Aceology are tied for sheet masks.. unbelievable ♡♡♡

I love your recommendations and I've got to try some of those Farmacy honey products that you recommended for the winter months. They sound amazing! I used to use these honey propolis sheet mask from a kbeauty brand that I miss so much and have no idea if I can get it here. I just finished up the Glow Recipe Plum Plump Serum I got from Boxy, and I'm not sure if it did much of anything at all. I'm currently trying some products from The Ordinary and hopefully they agree with my skin. I've started using their new lash serum, their 10% lactic acid, and their argan oil. I think I might be purging a little or I'm getting hormonal breakouts maybe?? Either way, I totally understand the not having family and friends around. I moved from Canada to USA and I'm pretty much in the same boat LOL. Your skincare products are sooo expensive girl! GMA had a sale the other day on Sunday Riley. @@anniekoyo823 You could definitely do the farmacy honey moisturizer now.. That is just lovely it's not too thick but it's really hydrating .. Products that actually work for my skin. If I ever do start a channel I will let you know I should have so many years ago when I started with the boxes and I was just flat out obsessed. At that point not too many people did videos. Thats the only type of breakout I ever get is a hormonal breakout. I've never had any problems with breakouts besides if it was like my time of the month. . Sometimes a couple. I have been very fortunate. All of my skin care products are expensive yes but I have received them all in subscription boxes or through the sales for them. You would not even believe my inventory. It would take up an entire room if I had it all-in-one room I have more than famous youtubers that are sent pr without a doubt. It's bad but it's an investment.. We should definitely talk more I am on every social media. FB is Shan Marie. Insta is Mamas3loves I think.. I will have to double check I am only on Instagram because of beauty boxes basically but I'm trying to get better at using it.. I'm just so comfortable with Facebook. I'm literally so dizzy I just went to to check to see what other videos you have and I wasn't even subscribed. That doesn't make sense to me hopefully it's not unadding your subscribers, I heard of that happening to a few people.

I also felt like the shadow shield and the sponges were filler items but I think using it with dry products is a great idea. I love that! I'm going to try that out tomorrow morning with a blush.

@@anniekoyo823 Please let me know how it works for you. I use them dry all the time even if I'm blending in Concealer or foundation. I never wet mine anymore now that I think aboutit.. I use them to blend in eye shadow primer. Definitely my cream blush and bronzer. I just do not think in premium it's acceptable to have any filler items because you are paying so much more and you're only getting one more item. I don't think it should contain a $15 product either. I hope they step up their game♡ The sponges may be retail for $40 but I would not even pay $15 for them. I wouldn't pay 5 for the shadow shield.

@@HonesTeaBeauTea Hey love! I used the Luxie sponge to blend in my blush and it worked like a dream! I was actually shocked with how well it worked with powder blush. Thank you so much for the tip! I agree with you. I tried using the shadow shield again but it felt like more work than it's worth. I wouldn't buy that at TJ or Marshalls for even $1 and the Luxie sponges are nice and soft at least and I now actually have use for them thanks to you! I hope your week is going well so far 😘
