Always surprised by the people who think all of Africa is always hot, as if you don't have seasons! And like everywhere it can be so variable. I've been there when September was quite nice, and when November was cool and cloudy. Beautiful scenery today even so.

Unbelievable to think that one can see the Boland Mountains. Far in the background covered with snow. And it is already spring but that is nature still nippy in the mornings here in Joburg. Although the day warms up. Love to see the rivers of South Africa even if many are deemed. Dangerous. Think due to the fact I grew up in East Africa. Where there are many rivers and mountains. But not like. South Africa
