@@Wealthywestbrooks its probably around 3 months and abit once and in between had lil breaks here and there

Ya that’s why I always end up smoking but I think it’s not bad I think we should treat it sacred and use every once in a while like once a year because it has given me answers when I needed it… I’m going for a month thats the longest I’ve gone in 10 years plus but I’ve been taken a lil bit of zzquil like 15 ml cuz a whole cap will put you out till afternoon the next day & that keeps me asleep a lil bit longer

Also I noticed Ive started sleep talking a lot have you had this problem at all?

@@Wealthywestbrooks I’m 14 from Sweden I do not use insta like that but here in Sweden the tobacco culture is huge so everyone does it which makes it even harder to quit

@@N1no_oficial I noticed that when traveling abroad, you need to have will power like I said and listen to the audio of outwitting the devil ; other than that , just go cold turkey and stop being weak, it’s all mental and mindset
