It is not a false interpretation. It is based on typology. Do you believe that Jesus is the lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world? Were our sins placed upon him? Is He our High Priest in the heavenly sanctuary, as taught in the Bible or not?

Absolutely.

The issue is not that errors need to be dealt with but how are they to be dealt with. I think the problem is that some errors are opposed by the Church but others, because they are held by the leadership, are allowed in. Also, the errors that are opposed are opposed by opposing the people promoting them but not presenting truth to expose error. What we can do is believe and live the truth that God brings to us. We need to reveal Christ's character. Truth is the only thing that can expose error. Truth that is not lived, cannot expose error. Ellen White says that the errors that come in are allowed so that we can be corrected.

Wow. That is quite an assessment of someone who's Christian experience you know nothing about. Satan has nothing to do with forgiveness of my sins. Only Christ 's offering of Himself can do anything about sin. Satan is punished for his part in bringing sin into the universe. That is simply justice. The going forth of the commandment, in the spring of 457 BC 1D 1M, with the return of the people on the 1D 5M and the setting up of the civil administration (to build) from the 1D 5M to the 20D 9M, the centre of which is the 10D 7M. I go into this is detail in the paper I gave you the link to. We also have the midst of the week, in which Jesus is crucified that begins on the 10D 7M in 27 AD, with the baptism of Jesus, and ends on the 10D 7M in 34 AD, with the stoning of Stephen. There is so much more to it than this. A lot more detail, but there is no problem with the calculation.
