Damn bro, that’s a lot of steps, time and energy. You’d have to charge a fortune if you were trying to turn a profit. Excellent job though. I’ve seen the whole process done in a fraction of the time, without your litany of products, yet perhaps your method is basically bulletproof.
Can I also do this in a mug press instead of an oven?

Question, once your Tumblr is dry from the sublimation spray, does it have to stand up right in the oven or can it lay on its side?

What is the measurements on these my are suppose to be 20oz Like the original ones but my Bluetooth ones feel fatter than normal

I have a lot of stainless steel tumblers. From my understanding, I can use the adhesion promoter, then the white spray and then another coat of the adhesion promoter? I know that each later would need to dry/cure but trying to figure out which specific products i would need
Is the spray fda approved? Safe for drinking like on a mug.
It’s made in Europe. Not sure what they require but it’s the same as buying a mug already sublimated.
What size tumblers are you sublimating?

it prevents ink from bleeding over to the tumbler twice with the over lap

Do you heat the 30oz the same time as the 20oz?
Yes
When you bake the tumbler can you lay it down in the oven or must it stand up?
I personally would stand it up. The paint is still wet if you lat it down you will see the grill area from the wet paint
If I want the tumbler to be white. Can I just buy the subli glaze white base and the adhesion promoter?
You would need the promoter, white base and the clear. The clear is what the sublimation inks adhere to.

Yes. It’s pretty cool. Some times I do that but other times I cool it down first

Yes you can add the clear on powder coated tumblers

I’m not sure of theOverall dimensions but we do have a template for it I know it’s a little bit different because it goes straight on the top

Can you use glow paint on it then seal?
no. Glow paint cannot take the heat when Subbing. You would have to use a special glow Paint that is powder coated on.
What sublimation paper did you use? It is legal paper? (8.5x14in)
We have a epson wide format roll printer that prints 24” x XXX. It’s sublimation paper from Ink Owl. I think you need 11x14 min

yes, anyone who purchases the tumblers from us gets the Template and Mockup.
