@Peacock-pilates cool, honestly I have a slim weak body that makes it hard for me to do even a few push ups, squats and hold a plank
@fortheroyalty just build things up slowly and begin with a few moves of each but really think about the muscles you’re trying to use and that you feel the work in the right places 💪

Hi Coach Tania ma'am, Is this also for men? I am a man did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated
Thank you for your comment. It’s for men and women but pretty challenging. I’m d so sorry to hear that you had to give up. Maybe it’s just a different kind of exercise from what you’re used to. Don’t be disheartened. Just build up slowly and see if you can maybe try another workout. Remember that even 3 minutes is better than no minutes so it’s great you made a start.
@@Peacock-pilates Thank you for your guidance, Coach Tania ma'am! I have never done exercise so my MIL told to do your lesson as it will make me strong! This is really really hard training for me but I will try again later in week! My mother-in-law told me it is good to do this with her regularly. She told me to see how brutal strong abs are and said to try boxing her abs and see. I did the punching but she didn't even feel it but my hands started to hurt 😟Is this also good exercise for me to do boxing? A a man I want to be confident and strong in front of my MIL 😔

I have back problems been advised to go Pilates few month ago love it never loved any exercise before like Pilates and it's fun I never get bored my back problems 90% its better my all body it changed
