I am living in abroad and works in tourism. Bhutan cuisine needs to display to international visitors and they will love it. Only thing is many Bhutanese cuisine are never displayed in tourist restaurants or yes few are displayed. We do have more than few which Bhutanese can bring on table. Bhutanese need to be creative and innovative rather than carrying on what parents taught us or we have learned. For example look for Wow momo and samosa Singh in India or their inspiring journey going beyond one type of momo and samosa ingredients
