Hi! Gosh by the time you get this it will all probably be over! I apologize. I’m out of thr country at the mo and didn’t get your message. If you’re still out. Easton Park is fun, Circle C has a lot of decorations and family friendly. I think it will all be dying down by now. I hope you had fun through! Please reach out if there is anything else I can help with.
But if you want to still enjoy some Fall fun, check out Sweet Berry Farm, hayrides, mazes, scarecrow stuffing and all that good stuff. Closed on Wednesdays and I believe open until thr 6th Nov. there are other farms too, but that is typically the most recommended. :)

Wow I’m way south of Austin near Brownsville and my July electric was $300 in 700 sq ft apt facing west on 3rd floor, outrageous reliant .17 cents per kilowatt
Could I consider $300 per month for an apartment of 980 sq ft or should be more?

I love your accent. Very posh (like Victoria beckham in her west London belgravia flat posh) and charming. I don't think Austin seems like a very good city to live in, my parents live in San Antonio and Austin has so many people speak negatively about it. I would love to live in London though that city is off the chain! Edit: very posh Australian accent. Very posh Kylie Minogue or Nicole Kidman vibes!
Hey Daniel, love your comment. I’m actually a New Zealander…so I’m not sure about a post NZ accent. :) I actually married an English guy and lived in London for seven years prior to moving here. It’s an awesome city. For us though after having our first child nine years ago we decided to find a new home with more space…and Texas came calling. :)

I am very interested in the pre-school you had send your child. I am a Dane moving to Austin and your description of your child’s pre-school/kindergarten sounds very much like a Danish kindergarten: outdoor, get dirty and letting the kids resolve problems without adult intervention.

Nice video! Love the city but this market has been crazy! My wife and I have been vlogging our house hunting process in south Austin/Buda area, and this market has been wild! We keep getting outside! Lol.
Thanks guys. Well I hope your journey has improved lately. The Austin area has had a record number of listings in the last 30 odd days, and we're seeing that it's not as competitive out there for buyers. Still the 'cream puff' houses are going to be popular though! :) I wish you all the success.

How to rent an apartment without credit history for a fresh immigrants
Hey there, I just called a couple of apartment complex’s to find out about this. For ‘new credit’ applicants there would typically be a ‘risk’ charge of a few hundred dollars and this varies per apartment complex. Immigration documentation would also be required.
