In NYS, early voting begins Oct. 26th to Nov. 5th. While every other state votes earlier than my home state. What can be done for all states to begin early voting at the same time? Thank you.
after at least ten years there are no more than twenty Airbnbs in the Brough proper. there are plenty of units that say they are "in West Chester" but are outside of the Borough. are they really arguing about permitting 500 vs 1,000? i would be surprised if the number of units available ever broke fifty unless, of course, the hotel properties decide to license as Airbnbs for some reason. limiting Airbnbs to the town center blocks nearly all residential owners from operating Airbnbs. it appears that the average resident doesn't get the same consideration as the developers and commercial landowners.

thank you for taking a deliberate approach to regulating Airbnbs. there are very few (6 - 8) Airbnbs actually within the Borough and doubtful prospects for more. why is this so? there's no way it would be a profitable business to buy properties in the Borough for the purpose of running an Airbnb. please don't prioritize the wishes of two developers over a handful of taxpaying homeowners who want to make a little extra money while being respectful of their neighbors.. if the elimination of less than ten Airbnbs is the margin of success or failure for the current and future hotels then i can confidently say they are doomed to fail anyway.

Do these people have any idea how high a net would have to be to stop foul balls from going into the parking lot and across the street. Who puts a parking lot next to a back stop. OH THE BOROUGH. Don’t buy a house next to a baseball parK if you don’t want to deal with park traffic and parking.
Interesting that no one addressed or questioned where the HVAC units (which will be huge for a building of this size) will be located. They will also be very very noisy. Agree with many of the concerns voiced about the mass of the building and total lack of setbacks.
