Particular politicians stoke and foster hatred, greed, fear and bigotry to hold on to power at any sacrifice ...even if it means selling their souls. God has performed many miracles in my life. Yet, I have tried to bring things into my life that were questionable. However, God wouldn't allow me to shoot myself in the foot. I will wait on the Lord. Jesus loves me this I know. Good sermon.

Fact-specific, Democracy was meant for the Civil liberties for White Americans and an unspoken dictatorship was meant to govern Black and Brown peoples. White citizens (absolutely not all) believe that they govern God's creation. An excellent example, the Evangelicals assert that they are active believers of Jesus the Christ's doctrines...not true. No man should toy with God's creation or word. I truly believe to do so presents a danger to their soul's salvation. Enjoyed your message. 🙏🙏🙏

Should we concern ourselves with why God afflicted us with a particular disease and/or strategically placed us in an environment? Suppose one isn't blessed with the knowledge of God! I can not fathom the mental anguish one might experience . I am thankful for God's love for us. Amen.

I thank God for the gift that He gave to us, Jesus the Christ our savior. I believe that without the gift of Jesus the Christ, we would not see the Kingdom of God. I pray that I will actually see the full glory of God in His Kingdom. Thank you for your encouraging sermon. Amen.

God is in control of His world. And, He will reconcile His whole creation unto Himself. It is unbelievable that nearly half of American people chose to live outside of Jesus" word or flat-out don't believe there is a God. Yes, many people believe that music smooths the beat...no it is Jesus. We must vote in order to save the soul of America. Your message was very powerful. Amen.

Yesterday, the message regarding HATE for people of color was not fact- specific. In my younger life, I could not understand how they could hate us: yet, they allowed us to manage their homes and raise beloved children. IF I hated someone, I would not allow them to carryout such tasks. Today, I believe the matter is basic greed, the refusal to share the wealth of the nation. So, the system will poorly educate , deny civil liberties and pin ugly tales on a people. It is not a question whether we are a talented people as any race , because we are. They fear competition; I am not sure whether love has that much to do with the matter. I feel comfortable that God will reconcile his creation unto himself. Enjoyed your message. Amen.

When good or bad things happen to me, I often try to figure out what God is trying to tell or show me. Is there an underlying message (Take Off My Shoes And Listen !). Should I just be STILL and BEHOLD! Thank you for the sermon.

Rev. Hooks, Sr., your sermons are powerfully true-to-life, especially the messages addressing righteousness, oppressed and lynching of people of color. When you preached, "Where in the World is the Church", I felt discombobulated. There has always been a question in my mind: Why haven't our Christian white pastors and sisters openly addressed racism? (Jesus eclared we are our brothers keeper") Yet, they point their figures at other sins and boldly categorize them. Is this not another form of worship...not Christianity according to our Lord Jesus the Christ (sideways worship). Most assuredly, God will separate the wheat from the tare! May John Lewis' soul rejoice in heaven. We dearly love and appreciate him. Amen.

Absolutely, we know the demon by name...RACISM. Racism is heavily pregnant with oppressive tactics, such as denial of civil liberties, systemic injustices, division of families, brutal unwarranted beatings, sexual harassment, open debasing of people of color by tampering with our godly self-worth. Any human creature that cherish and/or performs injustice can not rightfully claim that they are a practicing Christian. If they claim to be a Christian, they should conduct a fact-check with the BIBLE. Outstanding sermon in the name of God our savior. Amen, and thank you for feeding my soul.
