I had it for a day before i returned it. The ingredients order did not make a difference. Its a weak blender. I put nothing but frozen watermelon, frozen mango and water in mine. Did not blend without shaking.

You are adding the ingredients in the wrong order….

You have to at least put the ice cubes on top or the last in this case and the liquid you added is very minimal. Come on now, you need to educate yourself on making smoothies! 😂😂😂
