A good CO2 chuck and a couple canisters is well worth it. I started with a mini pump like yours and just couldn't deal with it. Also like you I've been hesitant to go tubeless but it seems nowadays its pretty easy with a proper set up.
Setting up tubeless is a bit of a hassle but not so much after you do it a few times. On the 4 bikes I own that have tubeless I've never had to do anything but add air to the tires every once in a while. Maybe every 6 months add sealant but thats pretty easy. Great video man, thank you for sharing!
