Have watched the hunting and feeding many times and it is always exciting. As you spot the victim approach from maybe 400 yards away you realise the pair of Peregrines you had been viewing saw the bird a mile away ( The Navocks) a minute before you! It is doomed. If the Male has first shot and misses, the Female will have it and prove something to you. The weaker sex depends on size.

Looks so calm and tranquil. But whenever I have been to Towton there seems to be a palpable atmosphere of horror just beneath the surface peace. Particularly in Cock Beck clough. Same at Stamford Bridge.
