In the arm between the 2 springs, the small green plate, is that supposed to be loose? The nut has plastic inside not allowing to tighten any further. Why do those nuts have plastic? What is the use or purpose? Thanks.
Question the small green plate between the springs, does that plate have to me bolted ver thigh with bolt and nut? The 2 nuts has plastic inside allowing not to thighten any more, the plate feels loose. In shops i was slways told not to go further that plastic inside the nut. This confuses me. If it is not thigh the green plate will be lose. Well, thanks

Is this still effective without temp control?
For sure! You can increase or decrease the dwell times to adjust for different results. It just takes a bit of testing to get it right then you are good to go.
