Master pasinsya na, sa pagkakaalam ko viollation ata yan sa P.E.C ang mga ganyang pagkakagawa, ang tamang pagkuha ng ground para sa 110 volts ung grounded conductor o neutral na naka'band sa meter base natin. dahil kong saan saan lang tau kukuha ng earth ground na gagamitin natin, pag'nagka problima yan hindi etitrip ng breaker nyo yan, kasi walang babalik sa sours na magbibigay ng impormasyon don sa tranformer natin, kaya napaka'dilikado ang kumuha kong saan saang earth ground para sa 110 volts, ang earth ground ay para sa equipment grounding conductor lamang. Mas mabuti kong grounded conductor o nuetral ang eparis natin master sa phase 1 para makakuha ng eksaktong 110 volts.

Applicable lang yan sa mga alternating current na doouble phase o yong parehong 110 bawat linya.pero not applicable sa single phase kagaya sa lugar namin na yong linya ng live ay fixed 220 at isang ground. Meaning yong dumafaloy na current sa sourse ag 220 volt at isang ground..single phase lang 220 volts

That looks rather unsafe to me. And, who has actual dirt to ground a wire into nearby their work room? Why don't you just use a 220v to 110v step-down transformer?
