That is because the guy is talking about Koumei as a whole, and not actually discussing builds, which mod should be used here or subsumed ability there. He talks general consense using a very honest and keen sense of rationality in regards to her mechanics. Some of the aspects which were discussed by you and other users on this post are tackled there as well, so maybe give it a go. Curiously, there is a moment he also mentions how Yareli became powerful after some patches too, hinting Koumei's future could also follow the same path. In any case. It is a good watch. Yeah I found it odd she was considered a new player frame even though her requirements are far from it rhino is more new friendly and scales easily and nicely late game as well and the decree system cool on paper bad in execution which is why I dumped it for sickening pulse just 1 4 sickening pulse whole room gets max status stacks and if the heal fails we have so many ways to counter it I will admit she needs some tune ups and buffs but is she outright shit no unlike yareli and pre rework cal and hydroid where every other frame does their jobs better and as new frames get added this point continues to rise and is she my fav hell no far from it the point was at least the frame works unlike the one mentioned above that on release if we remember that one’s rep xd

@@julianpeckford-st3wv oh my gosh Yareli was the worst on release please don't remind me ahahahaha. You're absolutely right though about Koumei not being bad, they've got a unique kit that is just waiting for an augment mod or tune up to tie it all together. Some people are too quick to write off something that isn't "god tier" as terrible but I love this take!

That and a large amount of the community don’t know how to read abilities and tips section and yes basically anything can work now to the point someone used the sleep rifle at lvl cap the way I see it if a frame or weapon isn’t entirely replaced by everything else it has a use which is why I am keeping this frame is it better than the rest of the roster fuck no but is it the worse of the worse also no look at yareli as a great example yes ik sabuuchi uses her all the time and your point above anything can work but literally everything else does her job better

I feel the same way about the cooldowns works fine with lavos but gyre and dagath it’s just annoying counters exist but doesn’t change the fact it’s annoying

Yeah I already tested the reg multi vs the galv and with a riv and without and noticed more damage did this ages ago also there’s a interesting interaction with sentinels where if they run a galv mod as you do and you kill they get the stacksm.th-cam.com/video/aJQiSOEvmew/w-d-xo.html

@@julianpeckford-st3wv Just went to test it myself using a riven that changed the status of the weapon from electric to magnetic on my on call crew and there was no change. Then stacked up galvanized had it on both my weapon and the on call's weapon and even with the added multishot from galvanized buff the damage and number of electricity procs applied had no change. Do you have a video of galvanized and riven vs no galvanized and riven on on call somewhere? Also tried it with companions stacking galvanized chamber and aptitude on with my rifle and noticed no difference in the companions electricity procs applied from the boost in multishot. Contagious bond on verglas is insanely strong but do you have clip comparing just galvanized and non-galvanized? Preferably not using heat since heat status ramps up on its own anyway and would throw off any testing.

Next time I am on yeah I can keep in mind I did this test ages ago so I will need to go back anyways to make sure it’s up to date
