It must be a challenge to preach in a church where only one person knows how to say "amen" and ain't nobody clapping. Preach on brother! May your faith and enthusiasm be contagious. Be a thermostat not a thermometer in a chilly room. Ephesians 5:1 "Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. 2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma... 14 Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” 15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, 20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 submitting to one another in the fear of God."

That’s awesome word! That resonates with me 💯 % I’m satisfied with where I am; and with what I have. I’m just trying to hold on to it. I’m learning to depend on God not for some things but all things, my income is not guaranteed. In fact nothing is, only what we do for God will last. I’m content.

Today Sunday, the 22nd September 2019 I could not attend my normal church and attended the closest walking distance church at about 400 metres away as I did not have my own transport. The Pastor there read this reading. After church one lady, Pedro seeing me for the first time introduced herself and asked me my name, told me in front of her husband that the same morning she dreamt about me visiting their church and welcomed by her wearing the same clothes and spectacles I had. This is a predominantely white Afrikaans church and I am a black male. She asked what this big problem I had was. I told the truth. She aked that we went to the Communion Rail, annointed me with oil, told me that today's message was meant for me, I must return to testify as my prayers have been answered. Thanks be to God. Forgive me, stopped by to get a blessing for my lesson today. I always am cautious of the teacher that I try to learn from each day. First observation and only observation, you seem place the Obamas (Muslims) ahead of God. I hope not, you make a point of getting that couple in the picture. Kinda like me putting up a video for my people with a beer mirror in the background. Doesn’t seem to go with the message. Have a blessed day, this was a turn away for me. Sorry, iron sharpens iron.

The 🍎 don’t fall far from the tree. I use to always worry about what I was putting on the outside of my 2 sons; meaning their appearance. Since then, Now I’m very concerned about what I put on the inside of them. 🤦🏽‍♀️
