Oh my insert relative here needed this. Even if you didn't give it to said relative. Do this for a lit of her stuff and stop giving her a credit card or any money. If she needs groceries put a set amount on a prepaid card and when she starts to complain. Tell her when she starts earning money and is willing to replace the things she's stolen.
