The question is simple but not in the way I want. CHALLENGE I want to build a client portal where I can share the page with every client, where he will track all tasks and all projects we have together. PROBLEM How to do that if I want to share with the client only his stuff, and hide from him the other projects/ task I have with the other clients? 1. potential solution, but... This is possible if every client page have an inside project and task database, but if I want to see the main dashboard of the agency to check the overview of all my task and projects on one side, I must have the primary databases (projects-task) out of the singular client page Is there a way to bypass this, and make it possible? the only requirement is sharing only the relative client stuff, and not other stuff from the agency (as other projects or tasks from other clients)

Can I ask how you invoice and do payment plans with clients? Do you link that somehow or do that in Notion or another software?
Invoices and Payment plans are all done within Dubsado. I also used to use notion as a really good option too. All details for that are in the description :)

Thank you! Yes they are notified via e-mail, and if they download the app to their computer or phone... they also get notifications in the settings on the side of the app! So it's really practical.

Exactly! You just share their e-mail to the portal (extra tip to save the portal as a template within notion.) So you just create a new one each time. I hope that helps! :)

@@nevillecreativitymentor haha so, I went on to google images and then I would type for example 'minions GIF' or 'friends GIF' and they would come up :) I'd just choose one with the best resolution and then use that. Not the BEST way of doing it, but it worked 🤣

Hi, since this client portal is designed in a way for client to fill out the questionnaire and testimonial, does that mean you grant the client access to edit the entire client portal? Since 'commenting' only allows the client to comment.
Hello! Yes you have to allow them access to edit, but that's why it's important to create them a nice little introduction video (like this one I created for them to view) so that they know exactly how to use it! ✨

Can you password protect the client portal?
Hey! You can’t password protect the client portal. BUT - you can make it private and set it up so only the email that you share it with is the one that can access it. I hope that helps! 🥰
