Nice review! One note, you talked about messing up the sizing and buying two pairs, but didn't put this in context. Giving your street shoe size, and the size of Mantra that fitted you would be useful. You could even mention your size in different climbing shoes to give more comparisons, or how much you typically like to downsize. I'm a 43EU/UK9 street shoe, have the same pair of Mantras and usually downsize to a 42 in other La Sportiva shoes. But for these I've got a 43 and they're still super tight and need to be broken in pretty hard to accommodate my stupid 'Greek toe'.
Thank you for your comment! I wear EU 41 on the street, and my toes are at the end of my street shoes but are still comfortable. I initially went with EU size 39, and later got the size 40. I should’ve went with a 39.5 though cause at the end of their life I could feel the toes weren’t as tight as I would’ve liked. Important note however, I had a lot of extra room in the heel, so the sizing may be different if you have a larger heel that fits properly into the shoe.

All the grades were my best guess, but they officially graded them! - Pink @03:00 is a V6! - Orange @03:49 is a V4! - Purple @04:37 is a V4! - Purple @05:35 is a V5! - Pink @06:04 is a V5! - Black @07:00 is a V6! - Blue @08:22 is a V5! - White @11:06 is a V5!
