Try cooking the sausage on medium low for like 2mins then turn to medium until your desired crisp. The slow cook allows the sausage to get a better distribution of crispy from the outer edges to the center. Also you know you have a good coat of oil on your pan when it can go from one side to the other and not cause a puddle onece it reaches the other side. Hope this helps 🙏❤️

if you start that sausage with a litttttttle bit of oil it wont burn on you as easy. Just transfer it to a paper towel after cooking, I like to use old pie tins and line them. The pasta looked really good though.
