For your next build, I saw group k found the inner crank seal leaking on the pto side, there is a recess where air can go under the seal, they now fill it with epoxy, hop this helps and great videos your making here

What was the compression ratio you had after the rebuild?
@fabianoa.oliveira2938 should be 120 psi with non milled head

Check ebay for used riva . The only company makes them brand new I believe is pro tec

what mix do you use with amsoil now? sadly the guy I bought one from bypassed oil pump so im stuck with mix till winter

Have a question. Do you use break in oil for the rebuilds or what type of oil are you running? Thank you
You can use break in oil but I just use non synthetic oil like yamaha lube for the 1st tank 32 to 1 mix . After that I use amsoil interceptor or amsoil dominator. Thanks for watching hope this helps

Hi, first time owning one of these two stroke polaris 700 ski do they take any other oil like gear box oil the engine Or is it just two stroke oil mix. Thanks
No other oil. There is a grease fitting on the driveshaft bearing tho
How many seals on the crankshaft?
There are 3 seals two go on the pto side 1 on the stator side
66v was my first build 3 years ago. I now have 5 skis all 100% rebuilt motors. I enjoy all of them!! Should of started a channel. Nice methods and builds. Pressure testing is key!
Thanks for watching I have 4 skis now myself. Yea pressure testing is a overlooked part of the process but yet most important
Hello, could you help me? I recently rebuilt the top of my gpr 1300. But it got a fault code 54 (in the deceleration turns on the injection light and code 54 appears). But jet ski goes normally. How to solve it?
Check connection to stepping motor on throttle bodies make sure they are clean and have good connection thats where I would start

Hi thanks for watching. Three bond 1211 is what I use to seal the cases
Appreciate the video. How do you orient the opening of the top end circlip? Do you have the opening pointing down as typical?
I personally put the gap of the circlip upwards. But they can also face a down like you mentioned. Thanks for watching hope you enjoyed thanks.
Great video! Are the piston rings directional? I know that they normally have a forward and back direction, but im talking about up and down? Thanks!
There is usally markings on the rings the markings always face up unless other wise stated

Hi I'm not exactly sure what you are referring too but if it's the Riva flame arrestor they don't make them anymore and are hard to find

On that polaris where did you happen to find the manual you had with all the torque specs and everything?
I downloaded It form e manual then had it printed out sometimes if you look on Google you can download for free.

Getting a little oil (1/2 a teaspoon, at most)in the bottom of the ski after a day on the lake and some smoke in the exhaust. Only appears to be on right side of craft....having rebuilt this one, any suggestions on where to look for the leak?
