For all that work (pretty nice job BTW) I would have ponied up a few bucks and gotten the frame powder coated at least.
Sprocket 7 speed nya yg 11 28t pakai apa kak?
I admire the time and work you put into this but you should not need bondo if the welding is good. The headstock is a very important part, maybe get someone to help you until you get better.
That's what I thought. I would have gladly paid a professional to do that weld for sure.
I've been riding this bike for about a month th-cam.com/users/postUgkxwC0IIeIomGQVeBWg-kKJaToZkLEFIA2W and a half now and I think it's fantastic. It helps me get to work on time every day since I'm able to fit it inside of public transportation rush hour. The price is great too, people are always shocked when they ask me how much I paid for the fold up and I tell them "200". It's easy to fold and installation when it ships is insanely easy. All you have to install when the bike arrives is one foot pedal, everything else is done for you. I do recommend you carry some sort of wrench to tighten any loose screws on the handle bar and seat whenever they get a little bit loose. Other than that I think it's a fantastic bike. Easily fits in the home, can fit inside a car trunk and can even fit in subway rush hour.
Hi @kyrie San Where can I buy the wheelset?
120t chosen hub on alixpress, must diy
Berapa lebar bukaan belakang ya ?

Do you have a chain dropping issue with the Shimano derailleur? I think you could DIY with some modifications to improve the folding. 1) remove the lower pulley gear but keep the bushing as spacer. 2) Add the 360 tensioner Arm with some modification of the spring (bend one end a little so it could hook on the Shimano derailleur bracket) and a suitable screw. I think it will work but I don't have the bike to test. Hope to see you doing it and sharing the results. It will be like this > th-cam.com/video/0YuNBDmE3so/w-d-xo.html
yeahh saw this Ltwoo derailleur very good for folding, for me i dont have issue with the chain dropping as it is unfold and 95% of the time cycling than folding. i use a detachable magnetic stand to keep thte bike up ride instead of half fold
@@hairy26 I hope you could try. I shared with you because you are the only few with the professional modification ability. The Three Sixty tensioner is only $13-15, very cheap and it is reversible if the Shimano/Brompton hybrid tensioner won't work. So no risk. I want to prove the design ideas but I don't have the bike to test.
@@noleo i understand your vision bro, i do have the same idea, by using vintage front facing cable derailleur like the SunTour S-1 or the dahon neos derailluer but now you can buy dcch derailluer.
@@hairy26 Oh yes. The front derailleur could be used. However, I think the offset of the chain line is too much, not easy. The DCCH system is nice but the fun part is not to buy with $$$ but rather DIY with low cost so many could benefit from our solution. :)
Maybe you could use the normal Shimano front derailleur with the suitable bracket s.lazada.sg/s.0OuEe then flip up and rotate 90°, so it could push the upper pulley gear axially for the gear change. If it works then the bike could keep the original 360 chain tensioner and fold perfectly.
Great!! Are you in singapore??
hey yeah im in singapore
nice work, anong brand at size ng headset na niagay mo dyan lodz?
hey hey, no brand headset bro
Very creative and beautiful customised rebuild! Would I buy one? Hmmm....?
Will be nice with disc brakes
Yea future project maybe
@kyrie san i really thought u were going to add tabs when u started grinding haha
Where is the garage? Please give address
Brilliant work!
Nice mods. But what about the fold, short cage derailleur (or a long cage) won't take up the chain slack when folded.
Thankz, you can put the chain keeper from tiparts but with that you can only max out to 46t chainring, i prefer 58t so i dont install the chain keeper, i dont mind the chain slack at all. Best is to have a clean waxed chain incase you need to manually adjust the chain back to alignment.
you clever, good job
You are damn talented... Are you an engineer ??? Would love to interview you! Super sick man, you do everything from scratch!!!
Hey thankz man. Haha im not an engineer on paper but i just love doing things my way
@@hairy26 I agree, to solve one problem, I notice that gurus have many different ways to solve. As long as it solves, it's good. . Let's cycle together haha, would love to interview and hear your story for this build. Any socials where I can connect with you?
Cool bro. What tools you use to get the paint off? Want to get the paint of my brompton black fork and rear triangle to make it raw.
And you do wheel truing too?
@@raylearnstofilm6668 hey whats your ig acct?
