These projects were approved to be built many years ago. Life science buildings are sitting empty all ova boston and Assembly innovation park. Some have been halted all together.Our Mayor Wu says our taxes revenue has decreased due to dropping values of commercial real estate.Soon they will come after home owners to make up the difference . So don't get so happy cause no matter if you rent or own we all are gonna feel this....and not in a good way.

Cool to see what’s coming. My thoughts/concerns are: Traffic is already horrible & Boston’s public transportation $uck$ what will the impact of all this new space be? Boston is unaffordable & a horrible place to raise a family where will the workers live? Being a sanctuary chyte whole will Mayor Wu slam these properties with punishing taxes in order to fund the welfare cost of the illegals? Will these developments improve our quality of life or will they diminish our quality of life ?

I grew up and live in Burlington. Love my town but its expensive. Realistically if you don't have a million dollars, don't bother because anything under, will be a fixer upper.

I live in a new apartment complex. Bpda is destroying Massachusetts with all these "big" places that nobody can afford

Lynnfield is a hidden gem . Best place to raise children. Love it.

Burlington Mall does not have a bowling alley. There is a Kings nearby, around Third Ave very close to Wegmans.

So 2.4 million doesn't have a balcony . All the view you get is peeping through some else's window . The kitchen is an afterthought . It's not a house it's a glass match box.

They are pricing out the middle class to live there. If you think that the average person can afford $2,500 a month rent, you are nuts.

This guy is what is known as a gentrifier...🙄

Stay away from Roxbury and Mattapan at night. Can’t be any safer

I grew up in west Everett. It looks so different now.

Beautiful space. Bit of a crowded kitchen for people who love cooking, but the rest seems great.

From industrial hub to a major clean up and the look is obviously going to look much nicer. I have seen 3 decker apartment buildings fixed nicely pricey to rent.

We were the first Italian Scillian's to live in Eastie aka East Boston . My elders were the first scillian Immagants to arrive in Boston MA and set roots In Eastie. But we all separated I am the first generation half Italian Egyptian Ballise Greek Albanian from my mother and half American Jewish French And a bunch of other nationalities from my father.

I lived at 136 Marginal Street across the street from the park in the early 1970's until I was 8. We went up on the roof on the 4th of July to watch the fireworks over Boston harbor. Absolutely incredible.

If you add the municipal owned land that is adjacent to the Fells the park area is probably more than three thousand acres.
