I was REALLY bored, and i havent uploaded anything yet osi decided to put this up. ^^ I love the Shizaya pairing and i love this song so i took a bunch of pics from google and made this in like, 1o minutes. Taa-daa! Btw; at the end of the video it says 'video by MI_CHAN66' because thats the name i go by on most other sites. Just so you know. i made this for a different site so yeah...

No. Limone-sensei just has a similar voice so he sings as Izaya sometimes. Edit: One of the comments says it's not Limone-sensei. In the case that this person is right, replace "Limone-sensei" with "whoever sings this".

Haha, I think it's Shizuo's because Izaya's has rings on both his index fingers and I'm pretty sure that sleeve is part of Shizuo's bartender outfit. XD

actually, that does make alot of sense.
It sounds a lot like luka. I have been hearing the off vocals to from y to y for a while, trying to find one without luka's harmony parts. It's low-pitched luka.
