The C.M.S. hairpin bender model HBA represent the most innovative hairpin bender on the market: every detail is studied and realized in order to guarantee reliability, productivity, precision and duration. Thanks to the new concept of orbital cutting, in addition to the consolidated tube straightening unit, is created a perfect and lightweight tapering of the ends of the tubes, facilitating the insertion of the same in the finned pack. The innovative automatic bending arm, is made by carbon fiber that get the right rigidity without additional weight. Thanks to the automatic haripin lenght setup, the bending arm change is not necessary at all.
