PCOS - Treatment Options; The Short and the Long

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a combination metabolic and endocrine disorder. It can present with a variety of symptoms but is currently the most common endocrine disorder impacting women during their reproductive years. Accurate diagnosis is essential but knowing other markers for long term health is as well. This presentation will include natural treatments and select conventional treatments to optimize care of immediate issues but prevention for long term concerns as well.

does the gliadin in modern wheat induce zonulin secretion in most people even without symptoms, and is it dose related? Is the gliadin in rye and barley just as strong to induce zonulin and leaky gut as modern hybridized wheat? This is a very important question to many of us health professionals in advising ourselves and others.

I accidentally overfilled the white vial so I scraped the overfilled portion to dispose of it . I then took a clean paper towel to take the excess off of the spatula. Nothing else touched it, I just closed it up and put it in the freezer like the directions said. Did I ruin the sample? Or will it be okay
