@@CapturingTheCountryside Consult your doctor before doing enemas or anything else. I have been doing enemas and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, and beauty since 1995.
@@ENEMA_AND_YOGA_CHANNEL I could certainly do with getting back into Pilates and yoga. I’ll chat with my doctor about ways to cleanse too!!

Gosh I can’t believe how magical Wales is! I’m pretty sure I saw some fairies dancing in that waterfall! And the quaint little streets looked like they came straight out of a children’s book! I will have to visit! The eats looked amazing too! I must admit that it’s the food that always makes a trip for me! xxx

Did you see Verity? The pregnant woman statue that was created by Damien Hirst and stands on the pier? I think she’s so beautiful and incredible! I love the slightly witchy vibe of Ilfracombe. It’s so quaint!

Gorgeous video! Oh I haven’t been to Clovelly in ages but I’m definitely going back now when the tourist season is over. Gets a bit manic in Devon through July and August. I don’t want to get into any tussles getting a seat in a cafe! 😂
