Love how Rodney & Michelle focus on grace over discouragement in parenting.
This was a beautiful episode. Thank you so much for addressing a topic that is very much needed in these unprecedented times.
👏👏👏
Thank you so much for this podcast,it came at the right time for me. I have 3 boys the eldest one in on the spectrum but loves watching Supper book. The other 2 are attending a church base school unfortunately they are taught very little about Biblical values. I have been thriving for information on how to lay a Biblical foundation for my family.
No one in generations of our family has been taught to choose a partner who believes in God. Many of my family members don't believe in God and have never given this type of advice.
I'm helping to support my son to live in his house. He is on his own, pays child support, and my husband doesn't want him living with us. My husband is angry that I help him. I can not let any of my children be homeless. He works, but one income isn't enough to live on your own these days. That is the biggest problem we have in our marriage. It keeps us from enjoying our retirement. I'm waiting on God to answer my prayers to help him. I just don't know what to do as a mom and wife.
I love this conversation. My husband and I are not yoked together. I became closer to Jesus after our marriage began. He was raised in church but just doesn't want to walk through this life again. We are very distant and just existing together. A family member was actually telling him to leave me. This has caused a huge chasm in our relationship. Also, I help support my son, who has to pay child support and struggles as a single Dad. This is a huge issue in our marriage. I can not let my Son and his daughter be homeless.
Great plans to follow. Love the last point. Double Win
Pastor Rodney and Michelle, I consider you both my mentors. An example to be followed ❤🙏🏻

Here is the list: 1- choose to love deeply 2- forgive quickly 3- choose joy 4- be intentionally / make your spouse (marriage) is the priority.
