Hv test or megger test lene ke bad usko megger & HV taster ko discharge kaise kare???

When we on one motor particularly MCCB getting trips.. There is one solenoid coil, we bypass it then start didn't trip.. After some time.. We back to the that solenoid connection. I don't understand why MCCB Trips during initial starting time of that motor. Please give reply
