@@geniusworldteam I really don't know how 😭, can I give you an example, I have 6 level of rank, each rank need length of certain years to be promoted, I want an employee that work more than 2 year to be promoted to upper rank by having a function to remind me with highlighted color, I have like 2000+ employee that's why it's difficult. do you know which formula work best for this type of situation?

Yes, You can take this example and make Column and write If formula like =IF(Year Cell>=2, " Promote " , Complete Tenure " This is help you to find Promote staff than you can use Conditional formating to hight promote text or filter Promote staff

We simply need to create formula manually First we select cell, write = obtained number / total number Than simply select percentage option. We will get percentage
