So, Li has monophobia, specifically she's afraid of solitude for long periods of time. Usually she can handle being completley alone for like a day or two, but in the context of this video, she was alone for almost a month. Basically some entity locked her up, tried to drain her power, failed and left her alone in a cell. She eventually started going insane and when her friends found her, they had to keep her in a room (which did have a window so she could see people and almost always someone was with her) to try and figure out how to help her get better.
