Do i have to change the lower spring
the kit come with lower spring .
Nice shot
where'd you get the mirror? is that specifically for the gs3? would love to get one for mine
where did you buy it?
Nice bottomless portafilter. What brand is it?
pesado
Replaced mine also with silicon.
Just got my k-ultra. This looked lovely. Question: What setting did you grind at?
8 or 9 depend bean.
how do you adjust the grinding time on your grinder? i have the same one and can’t figure it out!
hi how much it costs?
Around 550 usd.
@@steven2coffee where to buy it ? thanks
@@leelee-lk3hh depend which country u r .some country they can send to some u need find your local distributor .
小心翼翼磨磨唧唧的,准备10分钟,出杯几秒钟,一秒喝完,哈哈哈哈~
Where can I purchase the short hopper for the rocket Faustino?
Hello sir! did you backflush without the shower screen on ?
The best with shower screen
Nice! Which portafilter?
Pesado
I had a GS3. Lovely machine. Built like a tank and will last a lifetime if properly maintained. However, I found the MP version hugely frustrating to get consistency and it wastes a huge amount of water. I sold it. Waiting to see if LM announce anything new at host this year.
so which machine are u using now that uve sold off ur gs3 mp
I fell asleep watching this
What’s the name?
But it is a well done video
Wow. Those porta filters not even wrapped. Very poor IMHO. It occurs to me that hifi gear is more important to me than espresso gear. That is just me.
Portafilter gone cold with the slowest routine ever.
You need a powder-receiving ring.
how much is this packages cost in total including duty?
got mine during xc rate 4.8 . total 3.4k
Tedium.
Congratulations!
still better than me 🤣🤣🤣
I am not sure if I should get MC5 for flat max… I have a Niche right now, but I want one that is specific for light medium roasted beans to make espresso… 😂
go for Max LM burr
Flat Max...all the way!
How you like it so far?
Absolutely like it. Especially the taste note for certain bean Medium, Dark with latte or espresso. Incredible it like hard to go wrong even pull a wrong shot the sweetness still there. VS SSP 64HU this MC5 make more balance body in cup..
Best wooo
Hello there, Does your MC5 have scratches on the front and back ? Some users said their MC5s have some scratches when they received them....
i received mine no any scratches and even the box come with perfect without any damage . inside the box the padding 1 -2 inch the whole grinder , i dont think it will get scratches .
Good for you😊 It seems I saw a damage on CNC surface right side on the front in your video…. Hope mine will be in perfect condition😅
@@michaellindriving 😆 should be the lighting refection so it look like scratched . from grinder build quality to coffee in the cup this really excellent . no regret to get this grinder . hope u will same got everything perfect . 😬
Do you have details Michael? Where have you seen these reports of damage?
How are you liking the MC5? Mine should be coming in May, cannot wait!
Like it so much and it make incredible sweet flavor in the cup. Build like tank 😁
@@steven2coffee Awesome! :)
Hello, i would like to buy also a rocket cinquantotto, are you happy with this machine ?
@@steven2coffee I'm in the middle of questioning, I have a budget of around the R58, can you recommend another brand that is worth it in this price range?
@@NoQuinn R58 Cinquantotto is quite good machine and with the price now u can consider for Lamarzocco Micra (new) i personally prefer the machine with IOT (internet of thing) so future day they can do upgrade firmware with add more feature and control with pre infusion. With R58 u cannot do any pre-infuse if you not fix flow control device.
@@steven2coffee Thank you, indeed I see that they have just made a domestic model, I did not know it, it is really nice but the price remains high all the same.. my budget is in the order of 2600 euro for a machine.. its not possible to adjust the flow on the r58? I heard it's the best in this price range.. but I don't know. Obviously if you have another machine in this price range I would always be curious to take a look.
@@NoQuinn take a look new version Lelit Bianca, ECM synchronika, bezzera, all those around 2.6k euro maybe lower than. find the brand dealer which is near your place, future after sale service will be easier for you.
@@steven2coffee Thank you very much, I will go and look at each of these machines, their characteristics, which one has the qualities to allow better extraction.. If I may allow myself I would like to ask you one last question, I apologize, if you had to choose between the ECM Synchronika, the lelit bianca, the R cinquantotto and the bezzera Aria or another... for a budget of 2600+ - which one would you buy? According to your experience, thank you again for your help and your beautiful video
too long time to eat
Wow looks exactly like a copycat of Lagom P64 but just worse version. Looks like some legal actions need to happen here
Copywrite only protects up till 10% of change. Meaning, if there is a change of design of more than 10% (whoever makes that judgement) it doenst apply.
Now put inside some robusta oily blend....
Awesome video! That's so clever to use a wrench with the rounded part instead of a tiny flat screwdriver which scratches the inside of the E61. It's just esthetic but it piss me off a bit to scratch a brand new expensive machine just trying to remove the shower. Then I didn't have issue with food-grade grease to put the new Cafelat + IMS shower inside but using the portafilter is genious! I just don't know why companies sell 4-5000$ machines with ridiculous showers that make them look bad when they could buy thousands of IMS shower at wholesale pricing and then pre-install it. Same for the Cafelat silicon gasket must cost nearly nothing compare to the stock one. When you sell such expensive machine but cheap out at the last second on something so important to save a few pennies when you ask a few thousand for it, it just makes no sense at all to me. The stock pump pressure on both my Rocket R58 "2019" and my mom's Lelit Bianca V3 I just bought her, was set way too high at 10.5Bar instead of the 9.0Bar standard. Now I'm gonna try 8.5 on mine, I don't see any reason to be that high.
for Bianca with 10.5bar is make sense . as some user like to do with flow profile from Lever machine profile which start from high pressure 11bar some even set to 12bar then slowly down to 4bar until off. for those machine without flow profile control just set to exactly 9bar is nice standard shot .
I've heard from a few the difficulty of control over the paddle. How are you finding it? Is it something you have been able to learn?
First 2 month maybe difficult to control, but after usual with the paddle position now can even handle 1bar to 1bar.
What’s you experience as far as retention is concerned without using the bellows?
0.5g without bellow. designed need to using bellow.
Suggesting to go 3 bars first to pre wet then when it starts to flow, when it hits 2grams, go jump to 9 bars. Then you can slowly ramp it down as what you are doing. Hope you can see the difference. Enjoy. Cheers
With the sensitivity of the paddle, is it difficult to achieve and repeat a 1 bar preinfusion?
no difficult to it once usual to handle it .
What brand is that hopper?
not recommend to use hopper for Faustino . it will get static at the funnel exit
@@steven2coffee you don't recommend this product?
Jezus , over the top making a espresso, 7 min before 1 cup , get a life .
That machine looks amazing!
Hi mate.Where did you buy rubber mats for R58?
car dashboard anti skid rubber mat
Couple of things, you are spending way too much time on the WDT and your tamping is too hard and intense.
If you were to measure from the bottom of the portafilter to the bottom of the spot where the drip tray is then how much distance would that be would you say? I'm asking because I'm on the search for machines that would be able to fit a thermos.
5.5 inch from bottom Naked PF to tray cover
@@steven2coffee what about if the cover were to be removed? I was wondering about how tall of a container you could fit down there.
If you want to make super large coffees int a thermos you probably don't really want an espresso machine, particularly one that makes great espresso like this. Espresso shots typically are from approx 20-40 g. Any larger is not really espresso.
Useless video, sorry.
Very similar internals to the Option-O Lagom P64 :o Surprised even the inside is a copy. This looks better than the older versions of this grinder, which was kinda funny looking compared to the P64. Do you know what the RPM range is? I remember seeing it was something like 800-2700 RPM in 300 RPM jumps so maybe only a few really useful RPM settings towards the bottom range before it ends up destroying grind quality (lots of fines) at super high RPM. Lagom P64 is 200, or 300 to 1400RPM and is non-stepped.

Hi sir, can you give us some review for the grinder? Is that gluons g64
Yes it precise grinder design and price friendly can use different geometry of burr from ssp, mazzer, itamill. I ike the grinder work well. Only thing purge out retention abit trouble need press each by each speed from touch panel. Thank you watching my video. Hope u can subscribe my channel.
i’ve been finding for those kind of cups! where you got it from ?
Thank you for watching, please subscribe my channel. Cups from cone no9.
